Why Contact form is important? It will be easier for site visitors to get in touch with you if you have a contact us page and a contact us form on your site. Here we are sharing a contact form snippet that we built with the Bootstrap 5 framework. The latest version of Bootstrap is Bootstrap 5. We've created a form using the Bootstrap grid with some header text on the left and the contact form on the right. When viewed in Responsive View, the text on the left will move up and the form on the right will move down. This is a simple form example. You can make it more dynamic after downloading.

The first thing you should do is make some files. There are two files, one is an HTML and the other a CSS. The file needs to be attached to the document. Bootstrap CSS, JS, and font awesome files also needed to be included. You can open the project in the browser if you want to see if it's working.
